Once a fortnight the foodbank is visited by a member of the Citizen's Advice Bureau, who has been trained to provide specialist advice to those individuals experiencing financial difficulty. They can help with budgeting, debt management, benefit claims and many other financial problems. Thanks to a collaboration between the Citizen's Advice Bureau and Trussell Trust, this confidential service is completely free for anyone living in the Cheddar Valley area.
