Primary School Concert

Young Musicians' Concert

If you are a musician who attends primary school and would like to perform at an informal concert then we will be pleased to welcome you to the Lynch termly concerts.  The next one is on 7th March at 4pm.

On Saturday 7th March you will need to be able to come to the rehearsal at 1.30pm so that you can see where you will be performing and to be sure that everything is ready. If you performed in any of our other concerts, you dont need to come to the rehearsal, but you are welcome to come if you would like to.  You would then leave and come back for the concert which will start at 4pm.  Everyone who would like to perform MUST complete the entry form.  Every child must be accompanied by an adult to the rehearsal and the concert.  There is no cost to enter but we would ask for a small donation for refreshments at the end of the concert. We are aiming to make the concert no longer than 1 hour so there will be a limited number of spaces for performers and each performer will have a maximum time slot of 4 minutes.  Places in the concert will be on a first come, first served basis. We are able to play backing tracks but are unable to provide a pianist although a piano is available at the chapel.

I am part of the organising group at the chapel and a retired headteacher with a passion for encouraging children to play music. I have a current DBS check and continue to volunteer weekly in a local primary school. Please feel free to email me with any questions.

Please complete the form and send it to alison.waite5@btinternet.com.
